Here’s my 2¢.

It’s the opposite of “promotion driven” leadership.

It’s the process by which I go out of my way to empower and support others, whilst cloaking my involvement. Pairing and coaching offline where needed.

This allows me to ensure others are fully recognized for their work. My achievements remaining indirect, as it should be at scale.

I personally enjoy this style of leadership as it grants me maximum satisfaction to see others recognized for their work.
