Only 6 months at Atlassian, what happened?

A combination of things.

• July 2021 EOFY Budget, org reshuffle and downsizing.
• Covid lockdown, day care closure and toddler childcare.
• Grandparents unwell.

In my 6th month at Atlassian I decided to step down from the role. My wife and I decided I should tackle the situation at home first.

The grandparents are now back online and I am on the market.
